The wait is finally over! Dasavatharam hits the silver screens this Friday (June 13, 2008).
As the title suggests, Kamal Hassan plays 10 different roles in this movie. He has also been a part of the story creation along with K. S. Ravikumar, Sujatha and Crazy Mohan. Dasavatharam marks entry of Himesh Reshammiya as the new music director for South Indian Films.
Asin Thottumkal, the lead actress in the film, plays a double role along with Mallika Sherawat playing a CIA agent. The film even includes Jayaprada and Napolean as important characters.
According to TV9 report, the total budget for this film is Rs. 140 crores. Clearly beating the budget of Sivaji the Boss (100 crore), and Krrish (60 crores). This film is expected to set a new benchmarks in cinematic excellence as well as profits at the box office.

I think, basically I am a cinema fan. And I have given you what I would like to see as a sensible cinema fan. So, I think your intelligence will not be insulted, your time will not be wasted, and you will really enjoy this film.
